Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel in the beautiful Hakone area was excellent, offering a luxurious experience with lovely traditional Japanese elements. The room was huge, clean, and had a well-thought-out design. The futon was very comfortable, and the bathroom plus outside bath were exceptionally beautiful. However, the price may not be justified by the overall room experience.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a fantastic outdoor bath that offers stunning views of the mountains. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made our stay comfortable. The location was convenient, close to transportation options and attractions in Hakone. While the dining options were varied and tasty, there were some minor issues with an odd mix of menu items. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room had an exquisite onsen bath tub made out of rock on the balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains and cherry blossoms. The staff ensured a private and convenient service throughout my stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly luxurious in the beautiful Hakone area. The rooms were spacious and filled with all the amenities I could ask for, offering an excellent stay with an amazing mountain view. However, I found that the price didn't quite match the value received.
The hotel is nestled in a nature-filled setting close to interesting attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering peaceful views of the mountains, but unfortunately, the cherry blossom view was unavailable during my stay. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. While the dining experience offered a mix of different items and was simple and delicious, it lacked variety in the breakfast spread. The location is a few minutes' walk from Hakone-Yumoto station but requires a bit of an uphill trek. Although the price could be seen as a bit high, the overall value for money is reasonable for the experience provided.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with lovely bathrooms and indoor/outdoor showers, although they are slightly dated. The rooms are comfortable and come with amazing mountain views. The staff is very friendly. The service was convenient and accommodating, although some staff members seemed slightly inexperienced. The location, while not close to major attractions, is just a few minutes uphill from Hakone-Yumoto station, making it convenient for transportation. The dining experience offers a mix of Japanese and Western breakfast items. The hotel is set in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful ambiance. The facilities are well-maintained and satisfactory.
I had a quite luxurious stay in the beautiful Hakone area. The room was beautiful with a lovely bathroom and indoor/outdoor shower, extremely clean, and the private onsen on the balcony was cozy and big enough for two people. However, the hotel isn't close to interesting attractions and lacks a shuttle service for guests.
The hotel offers private and clean rooms with amazing open-air baths as advertised. The onsen with a view over the mountain and cherry blossoms is truly remarkable. The rooms are spacious, including a sitting area, great washroom, shower, and private onsen on the deck. The service was impeccable, with amazing and flexible staff who continued their work even during extreme weather conditions. The location, while a bit hard to get to, is within walking distance from the bus stop and train station. The dining experience, although simple, provides a mix of delicious Japanese and Western breakfast options. The facilities are well-maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay.
